Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Light of Life Ministries, New Boston, NH, in the amount of $89,798, for the provision of emergency shelter case management services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% Federal Funds
