Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated September 18, 2024 (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, Item #26), to implement a grant writing skills-building project and provide additional professional development opportunities and resources to improve financial sustainability, by increasing the total price limitation by $100,000 from $15,323,084 to $15,423,084, with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
