Description
Authorize the Division of Operations to expend funds in support of the Turnpike Winter Maintenance Employee Retention Program (WMERP), and transfer funds from the Turnpike General Reserve Account in the amount of $523,127. (2) Further authorize to transfer funds from the Turnpike General Reserve Account in the amount of $523,127 to support the Turnpike WMERP. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Turnpike Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 18, 2024.
