Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper, Inc., Plymouth, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $898,412.30, for bridge preservation of the bridge carrying NH 135 over the Ammonoosuc River in Haverhill, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $89,841.23 for payment of latent conditions that may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 10, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Other Funds
