Description
Authorize to enter into a new contract with Empower Annuity Insurance Company of America, Denver, CO, and its approved affiliates, for the administration of the State of New Hampshire Public Employees Deferred Compensation Plan. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2029, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period. No State funds shall be expended for this contract per RSA 101-B:8.
