Description
Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to the Agreement with Dubois & King, Inc., Randolph, VT (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #43), by increasing the contract by $23,500 from $936,319 to $959,819 to provide funding for a confined space inspection and assessment of the existing spillway outlet pipe at the Baker River Flood Control Dam Site 8 (Baker 8) in Dorchester, NH and to extend the end date from December 31, 2024 to September 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Capital (General) Funds
