Description
Authorize to enter into an agreement with Charter Contracting Company, LLC, Boston, MA, in the amount of $4,029,360, for construction services for the rehabilitation of Mendums Pond Dam in Nottingham, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through July 25, 2026. 100% American Rescue Plan Act Funds. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $400,000 for unanticipated site expenses for the rehabilitation of Mendums Pond Dam, bringing the total to $4,429,360. 100% Capital (General) Funds
