Authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Colebrook Homeowners Cooperative, Inc., Colebrook, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/31/23, Item #107), by modifying the scope of services, increasing the grant limitation by $150,000 from $750,000 to $900,000, and by extending the completion date from February 28, 2026 to July 31, 2026, for stormwater and wastewater system improvements.
