Authorize to amend an existing contract with GYK Antler, LLC, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/18/22, Item #93), for the purpose of marketing and advertising of state lottery games, in the amount of $6,750,000, increasing total contract amount of $9,425,000 to $16,175,000, by exercising a contract extension option for an additional two years from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
