Authorize the Division of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services to pay a sole source annual licensing fees to the International Association of Firefighters, in the amount of $10,000 to continue to provide the Candidate Physical Ability Test and Fire Ground Survival Program. Effective retroactive to October 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through September 30, 2025. 100% Agency Income
