Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Jurek Brothers Inc., Greenfield, MA, for the supply of Ammunition – Winchester, by increasing the price limitation by $213,326.67 from $270,000 to an amount of up to and not to exceed $483,326.67. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2025.
