Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Pro City Facilities Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/12/24, Item #111), by adding one location, removing one location, and increasing the price limitation by $69,220 from $2,095,810.20 to an amount of up to and not to exceed $2,165,030.20 with no change to the contract completion date for janitorial cleaning services. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
