Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with TCD Construction, Inc., Peterborough, NH, for a total price not to exceed $2,822,061 for Fire and EMS Training Facility Improvement – Phase 2, located in Bethlehem, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $20,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds - ARPA
