Authorize to amend a Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA) State Clean Diesel grant to Shorepower Technologies Inc., Hillsboro, OR (originally approved by G&C on 10/4/23, Item #60), for work in Raymond, NH, by extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to September 30, 2025, to allow additional time to complete the agreed upon project to install nine electric plug-in power pedestals for use by heavy duty diesel vehicles to reduce idling in Raymond.
