Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Public Consulting Group, LLC, Boston, MA, in the amount of $148,250 to support the development of a report on requirements associated with the management of social security and veteran benefits for children in placement. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024, with the option to renew for up to one additional year. 100% General Funds
