Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. (formerly known as Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc., Columbia, ND (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #20A), for continued Youth Counselor Staffing Support for Sununu Youth Services Center, by increasing the price limitation by $1,000,000 from $2,846,720 to $3,846,720 and by extending the completion date from October 31, 2024 to October 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
