Authorize to amend an existing contract with Abbott Laboratories, Inc., Columbus, OH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #50), to receive rebates on select formulas purchased with food instruments issued by the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, at no cost to the Department, by exercising a contract renewal option, with an increase to projected rebate revenue of $5,852,414 from $8,778,621 to $14,631,035 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to September 30, 2026. Effective October 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Other Revenue received from Abbott Laboratories, Inc.
