Authorize to amend an existing contract with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/21/17, Item #49), to continue providing a Commodity Supplemental Food Program and a Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program, statewide, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $59,305 from $2,542,044 to $2,601,349 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
