Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source grant agreements with the Grantees as detailed in the letter dated September 5, 2024, in a total amount not to exceed $5,994,000 to provide funds to Federally Qualified Health Centers/Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike in New Hampshire to mitigate operating losses resulting from increased demand, rising costs, and changes in insurance reimbursement.
