Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/1/24, Item #24), to continue providing support for the Department’s objectives related to its Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration 988 Grant focused on the expansion, improvement and ongoing implementation of the 988 Lifeline Center services, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $200,000 from $200,000 to $400,000 and extending the completion date from September 29, 2024 to September 29, 2025. Effective September 30, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
