Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Arbor E & T, LLC, d/b/a Equus Workforce Solutions, Louisville, KY, in the amount of $282,765, to review and determine individual eligibility for disability benefits and provide expert vocational and medical witness testimony at Administrative Appeal Hearings. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to one additional year. 50% Federal Funds, 50% General Funds. Contingent upon approval of Item #5E above.
