Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing project agreement with MTX Group, Inc., Frisco, TX (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #23), to provide continued maintenance services and enhancements to the New Hampshire Connections Information System, by increasing the price limitation by $197,488 from $5,852,503 to $6,049,991 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
