Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #19), to continue assisting families in securing high quality child care by expanding technical assistance to child care providers, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $2,539,269 from $1,300,000 to $3,839,269 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to September 30, 2025. Effective October 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
