Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with JL Arlen Enterprises, Inc., Gilford, NH, in the amount of $200,000 to provide activity-based therapy services to individual with conditions affecting their mobility and who are not eligible for coverage of these services under a Home and Community Based-Services waiver. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% General Funds
