Authorize the Bureau of Traffic to enter into an Agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Bedford, NH, for an amount not to exceed $245,600, for statewide intersection/signal timing optimization improvements at 31 signalized intersections at various locations throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
