Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $1,308,056 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for operations of the New Hampshire E-ZPass Customer Service Center and Back Office System. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Turnpike Funds. (2) Further authorize to amend the contract with Cubic Transportation Systems Inc., San Diego, CA (originally approved by G&C on 10/7/15, Item #25), by increasing the contract amount by $2,122,888 from $180,493,404.42 to a new amount not to exceed $182,616,292.42 for a professional services agreement for operations of the New Hampshire E-ZPass Customer Service Center and Back Office System. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. This is for a technical refresh and continued operation of the E-ZPass back-office system to support Electronic Tolling, Video Tolling and Violation Processing. 100% Turnpikes Funds
