Authorize to accept and expend funds from the NH Department of Health and Human Services, in the amount of $80,000, for a series of training sessions for NHDOC departmental personnel, the court system, and other law enforcement organizations, as date affirms those incarcerated have a high rate of mental illness, and this training will advance staff effectiveness in achieving the mission of the NHDOC. (2) Further authorize to enter into a sole source contract with National Alliance on Mental Illness New Hampshire, Concord, NH, in the amount of $80,000, for mental health and co-occurring disorder training and professional services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Transfer from Other Agencies
