Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc. d/b/a Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, Manchester, NH, in the amount of $9,073,085 for the New Hampshire Fuel Assistance Program. (2) Further authorize to advance Southern New Hampshire Services, Inc. d/b/a Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties $76,910 from the above-referenced contract amount. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
