Authorize to enter into a Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, Durham, NH, in the amount of $39,407, for the purpose of implementing a Big Game Population Preference Survey as part of a 10-year comprehensive planning effort to quantify New Hampshire residents’ and hunters’ opinions, concerns, and desires regarding bear, moose, turkey, and deer populations and management in New Hampshire.
