Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Safety, Division of Emergency Services for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Mount Washington in Mount Washington State Park. (2) Further authorize to accept annual rental payment revenue in accordance with the terms of the MOU, as detailed in the letter dated August 1, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028.
