Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Fitzwilliam Village Water District, Fitzwilliam, NH, in the amount not to exceed $741,000 for drinking water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 43% Federal Funds, 57% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Fitzwilliam Village Water District, in the amount not to exceed $980,000, to finance drinking water system improvements subjects to conditions as detailed in the letter dated August 9, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
