Authorize to retroactively amend a sole source contract with Double Line, Inc., Hutto, TX (originally approved by G&C on 10/4/23, Item #86), to build continuous Extract, Transform, and Load system code between the New Hampshire Department of Education’s current data warehouse and its new Common Educational Data Standards data warehouse, by extending the end date from June 30, 2024 to February 28, 2025, with no change to the price limitation. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
