Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to accept and expend an additional $64,655 in pass-through Federal Grant Funds from the 2022 State Homeland Security Grant Program to enhance emergency door access controls at our critical infrastructure sites. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2025. 100% Intra Agency Transfers
