Description
Authorize to retroactively enter into a subgrant with the New Hampshire Public Defender, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, from the United States Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program appropriation for the purpose of supporting a social worker to work with defendants in drug-related cases. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
