Authorize to amend an existing contract with Rudiarius Management Company LLC d/b/a City Wide Facility Solutions, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/12/24, Item #113), by adding one location, removing one location, and decreasing the price limitation by $3,120 from $421,964.40 to $418,844.40 with no change to the contract completion date for janitorial cleaning services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
