Authorize to amend the contract with ReliaStar Life Insurance Company d/b/a Voya Life, S. Minneapolis, MN (originally approved by G&C on 9/23/20, Item #85), in an amount not to exceed $2,182,446.13, increasing the total contract amount from $549,918.51 to $832,364.64, and to extend the end date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026, for the purpose of providing employer-paid term life insurance to full-time employees. Effective January 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 34% General Funds, 17% Federal Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 10% Highway Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds, 35% Other Funds
