Description
Authorize the Division of Risk and Benefits to exercise their option to extend the contract with Chard, Snyder and Associates, LLC, Mason, OH (originally approved by G&C on 12/18/19, Item #201), in an amount not to exceed $117,046, increasing the total contract amount from $139,800 to $256,846, and to extend the end date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026, for the purpose of providing premium billing and collections administrative services for the State of NH Employee and Retiree Health Benefit Plan. Effective January 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 45% General Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 10% Highway Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds, 1% Fish & Game Funds, 40% Other Funds
