Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.L. King & Associates, Inc., Merrimack, NH, for a total price not to exceed $929,800 for the Bathroom Renovations in the State House, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $100,000 for unanticipated site expenses. 100% Federal Funds – ARPA. (3) Further authorize a payment of $35,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering and project management services provided. 100% General Funds. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms.
