Authorize the Division of Medicaid Services to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $12,424,333 from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to fund the New Hampshire Hospital Disproportionate Share Hospital Payments. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds in the accounts as detailed in the letter dated July 24, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. (3) Further authorize the Division of Medicaid Services to retroactively extend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 6/18/22, Item #7), by extending the authorization end date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to June 30, 2023, upon G&C approval. (4) Further authorize the New Hampshire Hospital to accept and expend an Intra-Agency transfer from the Disproportionate Share Hospital Program in the amount of $12,410,000 which will be used to fund several projects at New Hampshire Hospital. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Other Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on August 16, 2024.
