Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with RCR Technology Corporation, Inc., Indianapolis, IN (originally approved by G&C on 7/10/13, Item #57), for the continued provision of service and maintenance to the New Hampshire Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment and the New Hampshire Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment data management system, maintenance of community provider access, and support for staff certification services linked to the Contractor’s data management system, by increasing the price limitation by $75,480 from $1,626,950.50 to $1,702,430.50 and by extending the completion date from October 31, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
