Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with NAMI New Hampshire, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #18), to continue the provision of Family Mutual Support Services; support the ongoing efforts of the Community and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator; and to add coordination and logistical support of Critical Incident Stress Management trainings, by increasing the price limitation by $148,954 from $2,922,403 to $3,071,357 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
