Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to the contract with Busby Construction Co., Inc., Atkinson, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/27/22, Item #72, archived document ), for as-needed and emergency earthworks repair services for the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP) by increasing the contract amount by $450,000 from $297,000 to $747,000 and extending the contract completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028. Effective as of July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028. 100% WRBP Funds
