Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell approximately 5.93 acres of state-owned land with improvements located in the Town of Conway, NH, on the northerly side of Common Court and the westerly side of the North-South Local Road. The sale will be directed to the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for $1,046,100, which includes an administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
