Description

Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to renew a land lease, consisting of 9,782 square feet, located at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 93 at the Exit 12 Interchange in the City of Concord, NH. The term of the lease will be for a five-year period, with a renewal clause for an additional five years at the renegotiated value, and will commence retroactively on April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2029. This land lease will be with Capital Hotel Company VI, LLC for the market annual ground rent of $9,200. The Department will assess the administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
