Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with K5 Corporation, Rockland, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $1,554,500.25 for construction of permanent grooved pavement markings on three sections of Tier 1 and 2 roadways in Woodstock-Lincoln, Hooksett-Manchester, Hillsborough and Hopkinton, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $77,725.01 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 25, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
