Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into agreements totaling $5,757,950 with the list of sub-recipients as detailed in the letter dated July 22, 2024, to provide funding and services under the 2024 Congressionally Designated Spending Programs through a local project administration process. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2032. 100% Federal Funds
