Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to enter into a lease agreement with Sun Lake Village Docks, LLC, in the amount of $13,163.75 for the use of state-owned property in Belmont, NH along Lake Winnisquam. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, and assess the one-time administrative fee of $1,100.
