Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to enter into a contract with the New Hampshire Northcoast Corp., Ossipee, NH, for an amount not to exceed $250,000 for track improvements on its privately-owned short line railroad that runs between Rollinsford and Ossipee, NH in Strafford and Carroll Counties. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Capital General Funds
