Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with The Atom Group, LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #16), by increasing the price limitation by $1,500,000 from $400,705 to $1,900,705 and by extending the completion date from August 31, 2025 to September 30, 2027, for the purpose of providing Cyber Security Training and Exercise services to Municipalities, K-12 SAUs, Local Utility Commissions, and State Agencies throughout the State of New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval. 80% Federal Grant Money, 20% General Funds
