Description
Authorize to enter into a contract amendment with Overwatch Foundation, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/31/24, Item #46), by executing an available contract renewal option, and increasing the price limitation by $3,752,476 from $3,147,604 to $6,900,080 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2026 to September 30, 2028 for the purpose of providing a Municipal Cyber Defense Program. Effective upon G&C approval with the option to renew for an additional fifteen months. FY25 source of funds: 80% Federal, 16% General, 4% Other (Agency Income), FY26 source of funds: 100% Federal Funds
